Womens Figure Skating Skirt with Ice Skates applique. Appears Skirt was handmade &'One of a kind'. Black, woolen felt like material with White bottom edging. Nicely detailed, Ice Skates applique in White wool felt with metallic silver thread/embroidered detail (a few loose threads) Lined with a luxurious Red, satiny material. Single button at back of waistband, with zipper below (working fine) Size: No Sizing tags, Please be sure to see measurements below.
