Author: Amadeus von Fridleben / Friedleben was the pseudonym for Johann Christoph Beer (1638 - 1712) who was a German author. He also used the pseudonym Alamodus Pichelhering. We found an engraver/etcher associated with this work to be Hipschman, whose name is on one of the plates.
