I do not recognize the foundry mark or the copy-rite mark. The other mark looks like an AA. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. What looks like dust appears to be part of the artist technique. Where it has been rubbed a bit it looks like bronze so maybe bronze clad?

There are some maker's or artist's marks on the base. I do not know what the material is. It appears to be some type of resin.
